Suspect #443164
The "Upgrade" Case
Name: Minori Takenaka
Nationality: Japanese
Sex: Female
Age: 39
Charges: Four acts of IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII, one act of murder, three acts of attempted murder, IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII, two acts of attempted rape, two acts of IIIIIIIIIII IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII and many acts against the nature. For reference, see evidence #IIIIII and #IIIIIIIIIIIIII or see Dr. IIIIIIIIIIIIII IIIIIIIIII.
Sentence: IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII
Suspect's biography:
Born in IIIIIIIIIII, Japan, Minori was susceptible to the constant influx of new technology and development. However, her biological parents, IIIIIIIIIIIIII IIIIIIII and IIIIIIIIII IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII weren't there to see her growing up. Her mother died giving birth and father was lost when on a business trip to the IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII, his corporation lost all contact with the aircraft. Bodies were never found.
Minori was raised by a foster family. They gave her education and best care they could afford. From interrogations we gathered that she was very charismatic in her youth, attracting all kind of people around her. We believe that, as she grew up, she learned how to use this. Addenium, she was on medications to help her mental disorder - IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII or IIIIIIIIIIIIII IIIIIIIII. Doctors couldn't tell (Needs further investigation). She was supposedly cured and then remained healthy for the rest of her youth.
After a couple of years she moved out of her hometown to pursue her "life goals" (according to witnesses #12, #5, #1 and #2).
She has shown skills for manipulating people, tinkering and making makeshift weaponry she then could have used in her criminal endevours (For reference, see evidence #IIII).
Thanks to witness IIIIIIII IIIIIIIIIIIIII, we've managed to capture the suspect and her followers during one of her "meetings". Her trial was quick and efficient. She was locked up.
Only to be lost after a riot in the prison caused by her followers in IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII.
The witness then died a gruesome and probably long death. IIIIII IIIIIIIIIIII's body was found in III apartments after a couple of days from the breakout.
The intel we've received from an unknown source gives us the area where the target has vacated.
The suspect was last spotted in Vancouver Megacity's area.
Transfering data to Vancouver Megacity Police Department. Receiver: Chief Executive August Yong.

The Cult of the Machine

The Cult, as the name suggests, is an underground religious faction filled once with the poor and needing, now with fanatics and anarchists.
It started when Minori left her hometown. As she was surrounded by technology and saw the impact it has on human lifes, she felt something. At first she felt intrigued by it and wanted to know more and more - this grew to obsession, literally deifying the machines.
She felt the call of the Machine, but she saw other people were blind. She knew they wouldn't accept the truth quickly, but she also knew she had to start somewhere. As she continued "achieving the Great Augment" , she also gathered more and more followers. She started with the sick and the poor, because it's in human nature, that when in times of need we reach to the heavens. It just happened that she was there with a helpful hand.
It was easy. The lowlifes formed a community around Minori and saw in her the prophet.

The Cult would be an underground faction, meaning we wouldn't advertise on the streets openly, except missionaries that preach on the streets about the Machine. If someone would want to join, whether be it a poor man, a lost mercenary or a psycho anarchist they would have to find their own way.

The Cult wouldn't have too much complexity in it when looking at hierarchy. At the top there is Minori as the prophet. Then there are the missionaries who are chosen specifically by her. Then the warriors who would be able to go out on streets in times of "need". Then, at last, the believers, not wanting to fight, not worthy of preaching or just apprentices.
All of them would be known as the "Machinists".

The Cult wouldn't be a militarized faction. They probably would have some connections to the underground world but they wouldn't have top-tier stuff, even the warriors, with some exceptions.

I want to create the Cult to give opportunities of public demonstrations/riots, some sick sect RP with augmenting, torturing and shit like that and to spread the Word.

Summing it up:
- Sect with mediocre stuff filled with fanatics and anarchists who want to spread the word... by mouth or by sword.
